I had a problem

I'm the owner of Discount and Payless Air Conditioning and I've been screwed by Idearc Media/Verizon Yellow pages just like you got screwed. They made mistakes on my artwork. Some artwork wasn't given to me to make changes. Also, they made lots of billing mistakes on my account. I tried to fix it with them for many months and eventually it got fixed. The reps don't take care of you. It seems once they get paid, they don't care about you and the company seems to have serious internal problems. They really don't care about the customer.Sincerely,Marlon
